There are times when we need someone to listen to us, and help us make sense of our minds
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can find balance
My practice is called Correlation Counselling because the important part of it is the link between the two of us, the counsellor and the client
We will establish a therapeutic relationship which will allow us to communicate in a more powerful manner than you can with friends and family
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, so I work with the material that you bring and help us to develop and make sense of it.
I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
We will meet weekly for 50 minutes either face-to-face at my premises in Ramsgate or remotely using computer video. Each session costs £50
I offer a free initial consultation of 10-15 minutes either by phone or video call, with no obligation
We will sign a contract before the work begins, to ensure the work is confidential
After 4 initial sessions, we have a review and decide how to proceed
I trained at the Metanoia Institute (Diploma in Counselling, London, 2012-2019), including placements at a bereavement service and school counselling service
Certificate in Adoption Support Counselling from the Albany Centre and Bernardos, April 2023
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism, Sept 2021
