Counsellors in training, £45 per month

I offer supervision for counsellors working with children, young people and adults, and I welcome both trainees and qualified practitioners

My approach is warm, collaborative and steady, creating a safe, reflective and nonjudgemental space where you can explore your work openly

My intention is to support you in deepening your clinical thinking, strengthening your therapeutic identity, and feeling resourced in the emotional demands of the work

My practice is interactive and creative, drawing on humanistic, transpersonal and Easterninformed perspectives

I’m interested in how we hold the emotional, energetic and relational layers of therapeutic work, and I encourage supervisees to bring their whole selves into supervision — intuition, embodied responses, creativity, symbolism and the subtle dynamics that arise when working with clients of different ages

This is a space where your therapeutic voice can grow with confidence

For those who work creatively or somatically, I am experienced in integrating approaches such as soundbased therapeutic work, tapping techniques and reflective card processes

These can be explored to help you understand your own responses, expand your toolkit, or consider how creative modalities may support your client work

If your practice is more traditional or verbally focused, supervision can remain firmly rooted in ethical grounding, clinical reflection and thoughtful case exploration

I support supervisees in navigating safeguarding, developmental stages, emotional regulation and the relational needs that arise when working with children and young people

For adult work, we may explore themes such as trauma, identity, transitions, attachment and the therapist’s own process

Supervision is available online via Microsoft Teams or facetoface in a calm, comfortable setting

My aim is to offer a supportive, nourishing and professionally inspiring space where you feel grounded, confident and able to grow as a practitioner

Practice description

I offer integrative and humanistic supervision for individuals and groups, supporting both qualified counsellors and those in training

My supervision style is warm, steady and collaborative, creating a safe and reflective space where you can bring your client work, explore challenges, and deepen your confidence as a practitioner

Supervision with me is a place for growth, curiosity and professional nourishment

Together, we look at what feels strong in your practice, what feels uncertain, and the relational dynamics that sit beneath the surface

You are encouraged to bring your whole therapeutic self — your intuition, creativity, embodied responses and questions — into the space

I draw on the SevenEyed Supervision Model, which helps us explore your work from multiple perspectives: the client, the therapeutic relationship, your internal process, the wider context, and the dynamics that arise between us in supervision

This approach supports spacious, reflective thinking and opens up new insights into your practice

I welcome supervisees who work with children, young people and adults, and I offer thoughtful support around developmental needs, safeguarding and the emotional demands of the work

Whether your practice is traditional, creative, somatic or integrative, there is room here for your full way of working

My first session

Our first session together is an important starting point

It gives us the chance to get to know each other and explore how we both like to work, so we can see if the relationship feels like a good fit

This is your space to share what you are looking for, how you approach your client work, and what you need from supervision to feel supported

As we continue, we will have regular check-ins to make sure the supervision is meeting your professional needs

My priority is always to ensure that you feel resourced and confident in your practice, so that your clients are receiving the care and safety they deserve through you

I aim to keep our conversations open and transparent, so that any challenges can be worked through with honesty and integrity

This creates a safe and trusting environment, not only for the work we do together, but also for when the supervision relationship naturally comes to an end

At that point, there will be space to reflect, acknowledge the journey, and say goodbye in a way that feels respectful and complete
